• Vehicle Information: License plate number, registration state, vehicle make, model, color, and size category (for host arrival check-in and spot compatibility).
• Host Property Data: Physical street address, geographical coordinates, photos, spot dimensions, and pricing rules.
• Payment & Transaction Telemetry: Transaction identifiers and payment status via PCI-DSS certified processors. We do not store raw credit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.
• Technical Diagnostics: Anonymized error telemetry, browser device dimensions, and page navigation events.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Facilitating reservation verification between stadium drivers and resident hosts.
• Issuing cryptographic digital passes and instant receipts.
• Verifying Exposition Park GIS boundaries to guarantee safe walking distances.
• Detecting fraud, preventing overbooking, and resolving match-day parking disputes.
• Sending critical transactional notifications (booking confirmations, arrival check-in alerts).

Data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL database instances with automated daily backups and point-in-time recovery. Vehicle plate logs for completed reservations are retained only as long as necessary for tax and dispute resolution compliance.
