Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 11, 2026 • Version 2.0 (Exposition Park District Event Marketplace)

Independent Parking Marketplace Notice:ColiseumPark is an independent peer-to-peer marketplace connecting stadium attendees with local private property hosts. ColiseumPark is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Commission, BMO Stadium, the University of Southern California (USC), LAFC, Angel City FC, or the California Science Center.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ColiseumPark web platform, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter a binding contract, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

Note: Specific roles are additionally governed by our dedicated Host Agreement and Driver Agreement, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Platform Role — Technology Provider, Not a Parking Operator

ColiseumPark operates exclusively as a third-party technology marketplace. ColiseumPark does not own, operate, lease, manage, control, or maintain any parking facility, lot, driveway, or property listed on the platform.

  • All parking facilities are owned or controlled independently by Hosts.
  • ColiseumPark's sole function is to provide software tools enabling Drivers to discover and transact with Hosts.
  • Any claim arising from the physical condition, management, or operation of a parking facility (including slip-and-fall incidents, property hazards, equipment failure, or lot management decisions) is strictly between the Driver and the Host. ColiseumPark bears no operational liability for such claims.

3. Driver Obligations & Vehicle Verification

When reserving a parking spot, Drivers agree to:

  • Register the accurate vehicle license plate, state jurisdiction, make, model, size category, and color before pass generation.
  • Ensure the vehicle fits the Host's listed size category. Attempting to park an oversized vehicle in a smaller-category spot voids all pass guarantees without refund.
  • Arrive and vacate the spot within the designated reservation window. Overstaying subjects your vehicle to tow at your sole expense (see Section 8).
  • Present the active digital barcode pass or registered license plate to the Host upon arrival.

4. Host Obligations, Permits & Tax Compliance

When listing a space on ColiseumPark, Hosts represent, warrant, and covenant that:

  • Legal Authority: You have full legal right and authority — as owner, lawful tenant, or authorized custodian — to permit commercial vehicle parking on the listed property.
  • Permits & Zoning: You possess all necessary municipal permits, zoning approvals, business licenses, and insurance to operate a commercial or semi-commercial parking facility in the City of Los Angeles. Host bears sole responsibility for any violations.
  • Los Angeles Parking Occupancy Tax (POT): The City of Los Angeles imposes a 10% Parking Occupancy Taxon all commercial parking transactions. The Host is solely and exclusively responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable POT to the City of Los Angeles Office of Finance. ColiseumPark does not collect, withhold, or remit POT on the Host's behalf. Host agrees to indemnify and hold ColiseumPark harmless from any tax liability, penalties, or assessments arising from Host's failure to comply with POT obligations.
  • Insurance: You maintain general liability insurance sufficient to cover third-party bodily injury and property damage claims arising from parking operations on your property.

5. Payments & SB 478 Transparent Pricing

California SB 478 Compliance: The price displayed on the booking confirmation screen — inclusive of all applicable platform fees — is the total, final price the Driver will be charged. No additional fees will be added at checkout.

All payments are processed through a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Raw card numbers and CVCs are never transmitted to or stored on ColiseumPark's servers. ColiseumPark retains a platform coordination fee from each transaction. Host payouts are disbursed within 24–48 hours following verified event check-in.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy — All Sales Final for No-Shows

Chargeback Policy:By checking the Terms acknowledgment box at checkout, the Driver acknowledges that the "No-Show / All Sales Final" policy constitutes a lawful, agreed-upon contractual term. In the event of a credit card dispute for a no-show booking, ColiseumPark will submit these agreed Terms of Service, the timestamped booking confirmation, and the digital pass record as evidence to the payment processor. Drivers initiating fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently suspended.

7. Limitation of Liability — No Bailment & Assumption of Risk

A confirmed ColiseumPark booking creates a license to use a defined parking space for a limited time. It does NOTcreate a bailment. ColiseumPark and the Host do not take custody, control, or possession of the Driver's vehicle or its contents at any time.

Drivers park entirely at their own risk. ColiseumPark Inc. expressly disclaims all liability for:

  • Theft of or from the vehicle
  • Vandalism, fire, flood, or weather damage
  • Damage to the vehicle or its contents by any cause
  • Personal injury occurring on or near the parking premises
  • Catalytic converter theft, break-ins, or other criminal acts

Cap on Liability:To the maximum extent permitted by California law, ColiseumPark's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

8. Overstay & Towing Policy (California Vehicle Code §22658)

Drivers must vacate the reserved parking space no later than 2 hours following the scheduled conclusion of the event, unless a written extension is agreed upon with the Host through the platform.

Towing Authorization:Any vehicle remaining in the space beyond the reservation window without authorization may be towed at the vehicle owner's sole expense, without further notice, pursuant to the Host's rights under California Vehicle Code Section 22658. ColiseumPark is not a party to any towing arrangement. All towing disputes, storage fees, and vehicle release matters are strictly between the Driver, the Host, and the towing company. By agreeing to these Terms, the Driver expressly acknowledges this towing authorization and releases ColiseumPark from any liability arising from towing actions taken by or at the direction of the Host.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, seated in Los Angeles County, California, except for disputes eligible for small claims court. Each party waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

10. Modification of Terms

ColiseumPark reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
